The 'Unsmooth' tool will remove soft edges from the Google SketchUp model. If something is selected, the tool will "unsmooth" the selection only. If nothing is selected, smoothing will be removed from the entire model.
This tool is useful for thickening portions of a model with push/pull so they can survive the 3D printing process. If a curved surface has softened (smooth) edges, the user is unable to push/pull that surface. The unsmooth tool will remove "curved" surfaces by showing all edges, thus allowing push/pull.
Note: The Unsmooth tool will attempt to alter all surfaces in the model and may take additional time, expecially if there is imported 2D CAD geometry.
